Account Manager (m/f/d) ​

    Looking for an experienced Accountant with expertise in financial accounting, client account management, and ERP systems, especially SAP Business One. Ideal candidates will have practical knowledge of German commercial law (HGB) and preferably experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities
​

  • Manage and maintain client accounts with accuracy and reliability

  • Prepare and process invoices and bookkeeping tasks

  • Support financial reporting and cooperate with auditors

  • Ensure compliance with HGB accounting standards

  • Communicate professionally with clients

​

Your Profile
​

  • Degree or training in accounting, finance, or related field

  • Proven experience in financial accounting and client account management

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

  • Very good command of German and English (spoken and written)

  • Knowledge of German commercial law (HGB)

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One

  • Background or knowledge in chemistry, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
